辣芒果卡蘭甘農場酒店 (Kalangan Farms by Spicy Mango)

The place is clean and beautiful. The staff is polite and respectful too. But I went there with a lot of expectations when I paid a premium price. The price is almost equivalent to a 4-to-5 star hotel. Please note that they do not give room service. This means that no food is served in the room, not even chai. Furthermore, the breakfast lacks variety and the food is average too. North Indian food tastes better than the local sea food of Konkan/Alibaug. This place is quite artsy, but there’s a lot that they could have done to let the guests have that “art and farm” experience. For example - keep sketch pens, paintbrushes and colours and let them colour some canvases, diyas, earthern pots etc. Also, their iconic waterfall in the pool, that people have spoken about in their reviews, was not even working throughout my stay. I would say that the resort is good, but not for the price they charge. I’ve been to better resorts with almost the same facilities and price, but at least offer unlimited seafood thalis. Also, it’s neither close to the sea nor the market nor the so called “nature”. I would request the owners to take this review seriously -- there’s a lot more they can do.

According to rate costing this villa or hotel is not good as that way it's not 5star or 3 star residency it's small hotel so rates of hotel is too high

Everything was excellent. Worth the money we paid.

Food was good and location is peaceful. But the rooms are very small. Also, in room service is not available for food.

Out of town, no connective to city

Highly overpriced property with poor service. Food was terrible and the restaurant was filled with caterpillars. The people at the reception were nonresponsive. Even after calling 3 to four times noone responded to our calls and we had to spend our night with no water bottles, fresh towels, toiletries and coffee/milk powder. Highly recommend you look for better properties.

I had booked the room for my husband's birthday and it was the best decision. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room. The highlights was the impeccable service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.Food options are limited but taste is awesome and staff suggest you with good recommendation. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with topmost hygiene standards. The owner is really humble and personally take care of all the needs and see that everything is maintained.It exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to return.

It was a very comfortable stay, cosy rooms. Hygiene and upkeep was comparable to any 5 star property. So overall a very good experience

The overall experience was good, specially the food. Just a couple of things: 1. They do not offer room service, unless you know the owner. We saw food being delivered to another room but when we asked for it the straight up denied. 2. The room is good but not at all worth the tariff
